I just rediscovered some guys that are doing what I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. They’re promoting my home town using technology and web media.

I grew up in Jackson, Michigan and all of my memories are rooted here. My wife moved here form Detroit and it’s difficult getting her to adopt the city as her home. I believe that this is the case because Jackson has done a poor job of marketing itself.

I’m the only techie in my family and small circle of friends so I haven’t had the opportunity to do what these guys are doing. I can’t help but have a strong desire to get involved in some capacity. I’ll be contacting them to see how I can help.
